      Came the same day I called  and worked diligently until the problem was solved. Dealt with 4 of the techs at my home (wasn't an easy problem they had to fix) and spoke with several people at thier office, all of them customer centric and knew what they were doing.
They return calls, turn up when they say they will and get the job done, it's been a long time since I could say all that about a company!

      They weren't my first choice, as I never heard of Blue Moon.  The "Other" company I called upped their quote by almost $1000.00 when the Plumber arrived for "Code Upgrades" which I should have known about.  Told him to leave and looked up more Plumbers.

Blue Moon did an AWESOME job the same day.  They quoted on the phone and the total invoice was cheaper than I was told.  Plumber replaced the tank and took care of some shutoff valves which had been keeping me from replacing a faucet.  Thank You!

Today I get an estimate from that other company in the mail.  It's  $1044.75 more then what Blue Moon charged me.
